As of when the tournaments are scheduled, there are no scheduling conflicts per the KDFWR tournament scheduling manager site.  As you witnessed on Nolin, that doesn’t mean that we are in total control of ramps and have any sort of authority over other leagues and individuals.  KDFWR makes it very clear that everyone has equal right to the ramps and that tournaments should accommodate others at the ramp.  Basically, us scheduling our tournaments should aid us in avoiding conflicts, but there are no guarantees.  Thanks everyone for understanding this matter, and making due to the best of their abilities.  I heard that even with the incredible number of boats, the launching went about as smooth as it possibly could have.

One more note – should anyone have any questions or concerns regarding league matters, please direct them to Donnie Morton.   He will be taking over operations of the league from this point forward.  He will still have all the support necessary behind the scenes and the league will continue.  We just wanted to communicate with everyone because you will not see all our faces at each event from this point forward.  All of us still plan to be part of this league, however, life sometimes makes demands that must be acknowledged.   At this point in time Dennis, Jake and myself are all in a position that we just can’t guarantee our dedicated involvement and so it’s better to allow Mr. Morton to take control.  Some of you may be called upon from time to time at check-ins and weigh-ins just to give a hand.  Thanks guys and we’ll see you around, just not every tournament.
